Facilities and Size of Development

As a person who stayed in large developments at D’leedon (like 500 units or more) and in developments at Fort Road (like 10-20 units), I can tell you that the size of small development meant that no one fight with me for the use of the gym and the pool. I can almost always have the pool to myself. How important are facilities to a condo owner is a very individual thing. But for Enchante, I think it is a fair balance of size and adequacy of facilities.
